Exclusion.
I think one of the biggest reasons why my walls get put up is because of exclusion. I can’t even count how many times I’ve felt at a loss and awkward in a situation where everyone is talking about what went down at a place you weren’t at, a funny joke you didn’t get to hear, some continuation of a talk you missed out on, or a subtle non-invitation and just felt…....
